We have now exited the construction business and are currently re-developing properties into projects with 10-20 plots of 8-12 cents each. These locations are situated within 2 km of Kozhencherry town and are ideal for constructing you dream home.

Four projects are underway where re-development has been completed and already house construction has begun.

All projects have four architects approved house designs and plan from which a buyer can choose from. The buyer can choose to engage his own architect, if he/she desires.

We do not engage in construction anymore, but we can assist the buyer in selecting a good contractor.
